The event called "VW GTI- Treffen" is annually taking place in Reifnitz am Wörthersee in Austria and is also known as "Auto News Wörthersee".

In 2008 the Austrians and many visitors from abroad celebrated the 27th event.

The event originated from a vacation of only a few ardend fans of car tuning at the beautiful location in Austria.

Meanwhile more than 50.000 visitors gather round the lake to share their passion.

The finishing of the outdoor stand was the decisive feature for impressing the appearance obsessed GTI tuner scene.

The decisive factor for the optimal cladding of the surface was a perfectly aligned sub-structure. It was not possible to produce such slimline roof supports using standard aluminium towers.

This was why Stageco steel towers were used instead.

The specially produced roller gate opened at a speed of 1.5 metres per second!
