The City made the construction of the 3,000 m² site dependent on protecting the statue of the Empress and the park.
A scaffold construction was therefore used to protect the trees and the Empress.

The pleasant side-effects of the relocation to a height of six metres included the fantastic 360° views and the additional advertising space.

Stageco acted as the general contractor and was responsible for the entire infrastructure. The static calculations produced by Stageco allowed the client to have a  record number of 8,000 guests a day.

The space below the structures was also used to perfect effect – 22 containers for the office and sanitary facilities were placed underneath the platform.
